In this Act,
“Ontario securities law” means,
(a) this Act,
(b) the regulations, and
(c) in respect of a person or company, a decision of the Commission or a Director to which the person or company is subject; (“droit ontarien des valeurs mobilières”)
Note: On a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor, clause (c) of the definition of “Ontario securities law” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act is amended by striking out “the Commission or a Director” and substituting “the Commission, the Tribunal or a Director”.
